Kaysville is a city in Davis County, Utah (UT). It is part of the Ogden–Clearfield metropolitan area. The population was 27,300 at the time of the 2010 census, with an estimated population of 32,390 in 2019. Shortly after pioneers arrived in 1847, the Kaysville area, originally known as “Kay’s Creek”, was settled in 1850 as a farming community.

With a 2020 population of 33,461, it is the 33rd largest city in Utah and the 1186th largest city in the United States. Kaysville, UT is currently growing at a rate of 1.08% annually and its population has increased by 22.57% since 2010. Spanning over 11 miles, Kaysville has a population density of 3,186 people per square mile.

Kaysville is bordered by the city of Layton to the north, Fruit Heights to the east, and Farmington, the county seat, to the south.
